We sold our property with Pointons and from our valuation right through to completion Lee and the Pointons team were so informative and extremely helpful! They even suggested a property tappeared on their books that fit our search criteria and we ended up buying through them too! Lee was a great point of contact and ensured to answer any enquires we had quickly and effectively. Nothing was too much trouble for them, we were kept really up to date with the status of our chain and Lee was in contact with all parties involved to keep us in the loop. Pretty sure this is our forever home but should we need estate agent services again we will definitely be using Pointons!
