Our standard agency terms are:

Gold Service 

A full management service set up fee 50% of first months fee (minimum £350+vat = £420) 

A monthly management fee 10%+vat of rent collected

14%+vat for rents collected to include Rent and Legal protection

This service is our comprehensive management service, including tenant referencing.

Silver Service

A management service set up fee of 50% of first months fee (minimum £350+vat = £420) 

A monthly management fee 8%+vat

This service is our standard management service.

Tenant credit checking and full reference is charged at £45 + vat £54.00inc. per tenant and guarantor

Inventory, securing of deposit and check-in is charged at £125+vat

Bronze

A let only service set up fee 75% of first months fee (minimum £600+vat = £720) 

Inventory & securing of deposit £125+vat = £150

Referencing £45+vat = £54 (per prospective tenant)
