Tenants:

Application Fee is £0.00

Administration / Move in fee £0.00

Holding Fee = one weeks rent equivalent (refundable should landlord withdraw, non-refundable should the tenant withdraw from application)

Contract alteration £50 inc vat

 

For landlords:

Our standard agency terms are:

 

Gold Plus Service 

A full management service set up fee £325+vat = £390

A monthly management fee 12%+vat

This service is our comprehensive management service.

 

A let only service set up fee £400+vat = £480

(may be subject to negotiation)
