For several weeks of this year, Pointons have been over selling their listings.  Simply put this means that we have sold more houses than we have put to market.  Rightmove statistics show that we have been first on numerous times with a low number of properties available!

My main point of this story is simple;  Certain agents hold the majority of houses but have not got the equivalent amount of sold boards, they are coming at vendors for price reductions knowing that when they were given instructions it wasn't always with the best advice being given.  Trends are go with an agent with the most boards - why? you can not receive the level of dedication or service to your property and will be phased into the background, making it that your a number not a name!
